Losing weight can seem like a daunting task at times. You struggle with the food you can eat and foods you can not. You resist your cravings for chocolate and cakes and cookies all day only to give while you are watching TV in the evening. You huff and puff in the gym for two weeks or two months until finally you can not move anymore.

Sometimes you lose weight load with a lot of hard effort to hit a plateau. And then you can not seem to move more.

Finally, you give up on whatever plan you are, relax a bit and all the weight comes right back on. All this effort for nothing.

Life should be easier than this. Why not lose weight must be so hard?

The answer is that we do harm to ourselves!

We want to lose weight and now we want and we think we are ready to do whatever it takes.

But we quickly change our minds when the rubber meets the road and we have to follow this diet we signed up for.

Because you will return to the habits you had before you on your weight loss program. Those who caused you to put all that weight on in the first place.

No, the secret to losing weight automatically is to make small changes to your routines. Ones that are barely detectable to others - you really know the difference. You make changes as take the time to enjoy your food more, moving a little as you go about your day, learn to deal with pressure from others to eat, stop eating when you are satisfied. And before you know you are losing weight. Not only that, but you have habits you can stick to life and you will never need (or want) to change.

What small changes can you make today, which would mean that you eat a little less and move a little more? Could you live with these changes for life? Then, start now to make a habit.

Habits are built through repetition and like having a shower or brushing your teeth become an automatic part of you without thinking. To be thinner you simply must never thin habits - habits that keep your metabolism high enough to cope with the amount you eat over a period of time. This does not mean that you can never over-indulge - it simply means that in your normal day to daily life using your slim habits and as a result of the huge bar meal or odd chocolate does not really difference [
