Many of us who suffer from insomnia can actually determine when it started. It could be the death of a loved one, exams or a stressful relationship. But since we have not been able to sleep well.

so do your credible assertions. Try saying, "I sleep better and wake up more rested"

Another useful tip is to say your affirmations when you are relaxed This is when your conscious mind is most receptive and accept suggestions more easily.. . Try it for a relaxing meditation, the last thing at night or when you just wake up.
