If you live with this condition, then you realize that this sounds like a miracle, and in fact, I see it like this. This certainly convinced me of the power of yoga and meditation.
2. feeling again of control. One of our biggest negative stressors is if we lose control of a situation, or our lives. The fast pace of today's society, the emphasis on material things, race with peers and constant media exposure to bad news lead to a feeling to compete to lose control.

Through yoga and meditation we can better prepare ourselves to the best of our lives and can finally cease to justify why we simply can not.
